Practice with Friends!

Our personal health is directly tied to the health of our community! A shared practice can be a stellar way to connect with ourselves + our neighbors, and it gives us the chance to gain insights we may not otherwise. Practices with friends will follow a familiar framework using principles from Vinyasa, Kundalini, Katonah®️, TCM, + Yin Yoga!

Group privates can be 2-6 students that share a common goal, whatever that is! We can practice virtually, in someone’s backyard, wherever!
