Trauma Sensitive Yoga
Choice based yoga designed to cultivate awareness of self in the present moment without judgement. TSY offers opportunities to practice self-compassion through noticing breath and sensations in the body. A specific type of yoga that benefits all humans looking to heal trauma held in the body, reconnect with their body, grow a deeper understanding of self and/or want to try a present moment centered yoga class.

I am a certified E-RYT 500 yoga instructor. My teaching journey began with a 7+ year apprenticeship with Karen Price. I became a RYT 200 through Vida Vinyasa in New Hampshire. Later, I completed my 300 hours to become a Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F) through the Center for Trauma and Embodiment in Massachusetts.
Yoga is a deeply personal practice that keeps me centered and strong. My belief is a steady yoga practice is great for overall health, compliments most lifestyles, and a safe way to heal heal all kinds of trauma. My style of teaching varies and adjusts to the students in front of me. Currently I enjoy teaching restorative, yin, gentle, and gentle flow styles. Come as you are. I offer verbal assists only.
